On February 28, 2018, the adviser of the Department of Russian Philology organized a presentation of elective disciplines for students of all courses of specialties 5B011800 "Russian language and literature", 5B012200 "Russian language and literature in schools with non-Russian language of instruction", 5B020500 "Philology: Russian language" to the next 2018-2019 academic year.
It was attended by the head of the department of Russian philology Shagimgereyeva B.E., the adviser Utarova N.T., teachers of the department of Russian, Kazakh and foreign philology, the department of pedagogy and psychology, who provided students with full information both oral and visual (in the presentation) about upcoming disciplines to study.
Teachers of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Kaplenko V.P., Sarsenbayeva B.I., Sarieva R.D. formulated and voiced the goals, tasks, as well as the specifics of the subjects "Pedagogy", "Psychology", "Theory and Methods of Educational Work", "Inclusive Education", etc. for first and second year students. Kaplenko V.P. also spoke about the upcoming pedagogical practice of students, emphasizing the importance of the relationship between theory and practice.
Lecturers of the Department of Foreign Philology I. Frolov, N. Lysenko comprehensively informed the first-year students about the importance of reaching levels B2.1 and B2.2 in the “English language” discipline, which are necessary for training under the program of multilingualism in the respective groups, and third-year students about the specificity of the C1 level of the same discipline.
Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh Philology Aldasheva KS familiarized students with the purpose of the disciplines "Professional Kazakh language" and "Kazakh language for professional purposes.»
Head of the Department of Russian Philology B.E. Shagimgereeva provided interesting information about her disciplines as “Stylistics of Russian, Kazakh and English languages”, “Practice of scientific and technical translation”, “Practicum on spelling and punctuation,” incidentally highlighting important points of professional and pre-diploma practice.
Associate Professor Donskova G.A. told about the disciplines taught by her, such as “History of the Russian literary language”, “Linguistic analysis of the artistic text”, “Journalistic skills”, “General linguistics”, etc.
