Goals and objectives are to increase efficiency of employment of graduates of specialty “Foreign language: two foreign languages”, quality of specialists’ knowledge and education.
Message of the President Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan became outstanding in its significance. The national idea “Mangilik El”, born by all thousand-year historical experience of the Kazakh people, by the Kazakhstan way passed for years of Independence, was proclaimed.
During the implementation of the “Road Map – 2020” unemployed people, partly self-employed citizens are helped to find a stable job. They are directed to free training courses, training and retraining, and if necessary - to be trained for demanded specialities.
Every year the University holds a “Job Fair”. The purpose of the Fair is to introduce job seekers with a list of offered jobs; to provide complete information about the labor market; about those companies which demand for workers. Every year the University provides an opportunity for teachers, graduates to find jobs in rural schools.
Much attention is paid to employment of young specialists in the rural zone. The law provides the specialists with education, health care, social security, culture and sport, agro-industrial complex, who arrived from the cities to work and live at the rural zone.
The program “With diploma to the village” has been implemented in Kazakhstan since 2009; its main aim is the elimination of staff deficit in rural areas. Under this state project, young professionals are given not only the workplace, but also start-up money and loans to purchase accommodation and social support to experts of the social sphere who came to work and live in rural areas.
The State creates the most profitable conditions to those graduates who have chosen to live comfortably and work efficiently in the village. Today, under the program “With diploma - to the village” about 13 thousand certified specialists are employed. No one regretted about the choice.
Everyone is provided with start-up money, accommodation and good salary. In addition, local government comes up with their own ways to attract graduates. They pursue one major goal: through the prosperity of the village lead to the prosperity of the whole Kazakhstan.
Every year the Philology faculty and the Department of Foreign languages oftenconduct round tables, events, meetings with graduates of this specialty. These meetings give students the opportunity to find jobs in the villages. Graduates of the specialty “Foreign language: two foreign languages” teach in colleges, schools, pre-schools, training centers “Step by step”, “Destination”, “Bolashak”, “Lingvo”.
At the same time, our graduates work in various fields. Today our graduates work in Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Mangystau and Atyrau. The demand for graduates of the specialty “Foreign language: two foreign languages” is big. For example, applications come from the cities of Aktau, Atyrau, Aktobe.
Knowledge and intelligence are always appreciated. The demand for highly qualified specialists in the labor market is increasing every year. A good specialist will never be unemployed.
